How will JNatuRaw products effect my eczema or sensitive skin?

Shea butter is known to assist with eczema and to soothe sensitive skin. We recommend that “Naked” is used when there are signs of eczema or sensitivity to skin. It is simply a combination of raw shea butter, natural oils and no fragrance, allowing you to enjoy the moisture that JNatuRaw products provide.
Which JNatuRaw product would I order if I wanted unscented?

When an unscented moisturizer is desired your selection should be “Naked”. It is simply a fragrance free combination of raw shea butter and natural oils, allowing you to enjoy the moisture that JNatuRaw products provide.
Are all JNatuRaw batches the same consistency?

We do our best to ensure that our smooth consistency remains the same in all of our batches. Our products are handcrafted and we provide the purest best quality shea butter therefore batches and/or textures may vary slightly.
What shipping method is used? When can I expect my JNatuRaw order to arrive?

Considering your orders are prepared fresh and are handcrafted orders are mailed within 5 business days of your order being placed. You can expect to receive your order via USPS or UPS.

What is the best way to store my JNatuRaw?

When storing your JNatuRaw products you should keep in a cool place or simply room temperature away from direct sunlight. JNatuRaw products will start to melt at around 80F. While it will not lose any of its nourishing properties, it will lose the whipped effect and the possibility of overflow from container may occur. If JNatuRaw melts, it is best to place your product in the fridge to re-solidify.
Will I be refunded if my JNatuRaw products melt after being delivered to me?

We suggesting shipping to a P.O. Box or a place of business if your product will remain out for a period of time in a warm climate. JNatuRaw products will start to melt at around 80F. If JNatuRaw melts, it is best to place your product in the fridge to re-solidify. There is no refund provided if your JNatuRaw product melts after being delivered to you.
